Updates

[March holidays!]

Heh:)

So many things happening. First, I am soooo super slack now. Cos' I am enjoying the March holidays! Wahaha...finally no need to envy other people who has a break during the school holidays...Cos' I am also having it now.

Anyway, there are many things to tell you guys. First, I have asked my friend, who was my ex-classmate from Ngee Ann, to join me at my work place. She worked with me before at my first work place ( which was the most horrible experience, even NTUC was much better), and since then after we quited the horrible place she joined a church kindergarten at Pasir Panjang area, while I joined NTUC.

Well...I would say I am glad I left NTUC. Really glad I listened to other people's advice (like my godmum and godsis and my close pals), not to stay on a place just cos' I can't bear to leave the children. Ultimately, children come and go...they will forget you...so lucky I never pass up the opportunity.

And I realized my previous thoughts about working at a kindergarten=don't learn much=not much interaction with children. Boy, how wrong I was! I learnt so much within such a short amt of time...especially children's songs. And I felt more like a teacher, cos' I really teach ONLY. Parents also tend to respect you more cos' they treat you like a teacher. I think it is also because this kindergarten is also a very "branded" and popular kindergarten, so parents take teachers seriously (that is not to say ALL parents from childcares don't).

And my boss is a perfectionist....demands alot from the teachers yet treat them really well. I am just happy here. Of course, it didnt hurt that they have school holidays as well.

And I really thank god that I have great partners at work. Partners who are not calculative at all, and helped me so much..if not for them, I would not have cope so well with the work load.

I do miss my ex colleagues though:( Ok...enough about work. I am supposed to relax!

This sat is dear's sister's wedding. I am supposed to be his sister's sister. So I am going to help out, and also to "torture" his sister's future husband. Heh:) So I have got things to look forward to this weekend. I hope I am not clumsy or anything...cos' I am supposed to help out. And his sister's wedding album is so nicely taken!!

What else....oh! I have almost finished my degree course! So happy! I just have this last module (where the final big project, the portfolio, needs to be done) and also the final assignment for the last module that I attended...Then I am free!

My mom asked me about Masters program though...I was like, I need a break! Not now at least...maybe next year or what...if I have the finance support from her(considering my pay is not enough for the expensive fees). Enough of studying for now.

Anyway, before I end off, I have some photos taken quite some time ago to put up....
